You can make a reservation for a bouncy house online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, just Shop Everything Bouncy Here input your desired party date, time and party location zip code to get started.

If you prefer, please call us 24 hours a day at 1-866-685-1973. Also you can email us with your event date, time, delivery address, desired rental units and contact information to reservations@bouncyhouse.com and someone will get in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss availability.

We accept debit and most credit cards.  If you are having a large event contact us for other possible payment options.

We will contact you the day before your event between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm and let you know what time we will be setting up your equipment. You should expect delivery anytime up to 4 hours before your party start time.

DO NOT factor in our delivery or pickup times when booking your order, only put the actual start and end time for the event.

You are responsible for the equipment until the delivery driver returns to pick it up. We will always try to pick up the equipment promptly after your event ends, but you should be prepared to keep the equipment up to 4 hours past your end time when we delivery to a private residence

If we are delivering to a park or public location, you must be at the location at least 2 hours before the event start time. You must also be able to stay with the equipment at least 2 hours after the event end time. If your event ends early, we will not be able to pick up the equipment earlier than the scheduled end time.

Bouncyhouse.com has you covered if it rains day of. We never cancel an event because of rain. It is our experience that your partygoers will have a great time rain or shine.

If you have a bouncy house, slide, or interactive unit that is not rain protected and booked on a rainy day, we will be happy to switch you to any available unit that is equipped with rain protection. If you don't know if the unit you booked is rain protected, please ask. We do not guarantee 100% water protection. Even our rain protected inflatables may leak water into the unit. In the event of heavy rain or storms, you can expect the inside of the inflatable to be somewhat wet.

If the weather is extremely windy (over 15 MPH), we cannot setup the equipment for obvious safety reasons. If this were ever to occur (which is extremely rare) we would work with you to reschedule your rental for another day.

Bouncyhouse.com will do everything we can to setup your bouncy house in the location you choose, however safety is our number one priority. As yard size and layout vary, it is your responsibility to insure that the bouncy house will fit in your yard. If for some reason we are unable to safely set up the equipment, no refund will be given. If you are unsure if a unit will fit, please call our office and we will work with you to find the best fit for your house.

The following is an example of the space requirements needed to set up a bouncy house. Please review the individual requirements for each unit to insure you have enough space.

Surface must be mostly level and free from rocks, pet waste, and other debris.

No power lines or tree branches overhead.

Within 75' of a standard 110V grounded outlet. (only one unit per circuit)

We do need to have clear access to the space.

Gates must be a minimum of 3 feet wide.

Stairs can be a big challenge. We can navigate up to 3 steps.

In the event you have more then 3 steps, there may be an Advanced Setup Fee  because extra people may be needed to bring the bouncy house to your selected location.

We will do our best to work with you, please notify our office of any obstacles you may see to setting up.

Grass is the best surface to setup your bouncy house inflatable on. However, we can set up on cement, asphalt or any inside surface. We can not setup on gravel, bare dirt, sand, play chips or beauty bark or on areas with a slope greater than 10%. If you are unsure of your surface, give us a call at 1-866-685-1973 and we will do our best to figure out a place to setup your bouncy house.

We offer a 100% refund if your rental is cancelled more then 7 days prior to your event. Any cancellation within 7 days and up to 24 hours before event will result in a credit for the original amount paid on your order which can be applied toward your next booking. Cancellation within 24 hours of your event will result in loss of monies paid and any monies owed will become due upon cancellation.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen problems cause your party to be rescheduled and we will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes that arise. Any changes are subject to availability of needed bouncy house inflatable.

You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement/Release of Liability Waiver upon receiving delivery of the bouncy house event rental equipment. This is a standard rental agreement that includes but is not limited to your agreement to follow the rules of safe operation, to care for the equipment while it is in your possession, and to assume all liability for any injuries or damage that could occur while the equipment is in your possession. Everyone who rents equipment from us is required to sign this agreement.

Bouncyhouse.com cleans all of our rented equipment after every rental. We do our best to ensure that the bouncy house inflatable you rent is clean for the kids and looks good on the inside and outside. In addition we only buy the latest and safest equipment available. We are constantly reviewing new products that offer the best bounce and the highest level of safety. Prior to each equipment rental our trained staff will perform a point by point inspection of the equipment to ensure it is properly setup, there is no damage and the unit is clean. In addition to our inspection process, all of our equipment is inspected by a state certified ride inspector each year.

No, safety is our number one concern for every event we book. We require our trained staff to setup and take down the inflatable equipment. In some cases of small food and snack items you may need extra of this would be on a case by case bases.

We often take bookings for inflatable rentals 4 months in advance.

You can visit our website 24/7 to book your party or event. Book online or call to book your inflatable slide or party interactive as soon as you have locked down the date of your party. This will help ensure that the bouncy house inflatable you want is available and reserved. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever you call.

As a general rule booking for your event at least 3 weeks in advance is a good idea.

Yes, give us a call at  1-866-685-1973 and we will try our best to meet your party needs based on availability and location of your event (there may be a small last minute fee if within 24 hours of your event date). If you don't get us on the first try, please leave a message and we will make every attempt to get back to you in a timely manner.

Yes, in fact we have insurance certificates on file with many local Washington State park districts. You will need to get permission from the park and make reservations for the space. Be sure to start early as sometimes the process takes time. Also don't forget to ask about power, if power is not available we do have generators for rent. Be sure to get a name and phone number from the park so we can verify all the requirements have been met. Give us a call at 1-866-685-1973 and we will help you navigate the process.

Our bouncy houses inflatables and inflatable slides require a standard 110V grounded outlet to be within 75'. Washington State law prohibits the use of extension cords without a permit. If power is not available within 75' we also have generators for rent.

Our bounce house rental prices are based upon 8 hours of use not including delivery, setup or pickup into your 8 hour rental time.
