What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% refund if your rental is cancelled more then 14 days prior to your event. Any cancellation within 14 days and up to 24 hours before event will result in a credit for the original amount paid on your order which can be applied toward your next booking. Cancellation within 24 hours of your event will result in loss of monies paid and any monies owed will become due upon cancellation. We understand that sometimes unforeseen problems cause your party to be rescheduled and we will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes that arise. Any changes are subject to availability
